Organiser of the Game:

Duration of the Game, code upload deadline and date of the draw:

The Game runs from 18:00:00 on 5 November 2026 until 20:00:00 on 3 December 2026 (local time) (hereinafter: “Game Period”).

Codes may be uploaded until the end of the Game Period, i.e. until 20:00:00 on 3 December 2026 (local time).

The draw takes place at the end of the Game Period, at 20:00 on 3 December 2026 (local time), and is broadcast live on the official social media channels of Mobilfox.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend or supplement these Official Rules, including the conditions of the Game, unilaterally. The amended Official Rules enter into force upon publication at the place of publication; the Organiser indicates the amendment and its date in the Official Rules.

Participation in the Prize Game and details of awarding the Prize:

Only natural persons may participate in the Game who have their place of residence or habitual stay in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, hold a valid identity document, are at least 18 years old at the time of the order, have full legal capacity throughout the Game Period and are not excluded under these Rules (hereinafter: “Player”).

Participating countries: Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Players from the two countries take part in one joint draw.

To participate, the Player must, during the Game Period, place an order for at least one Mobilfox phone case in the Organiser’s official Slovak and Czech webshop (sk.mobilfox.com and cz.mobilfox.com), pay for it in full and accept these Official Rules. Every eligible order participates in the Game automatically, without separate registration.

1 (one) Prize, as specified in these Official Rules, will be drawn in the Game. The Organiser does not award any other prize within this Game.

Participation in the Game constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

This Game is not sponsored, endorsed or organised by, or in cooperation with, Land Rover or the Jaguar Land Rover group or any other manufacturer, brand owner or distributor related to the Prize. The data provided in the Game are transferred exclusively to the database of MOBILREDFOX and are processed in accordance with these Official Rules and the privacy notice. The above brands do not support, administer or monitor the Game in any way and accept no liability in connection with it.

At the end of the Game Period, MOBILREDFOX creates a closed database of the draw entries (see “Draw entries”). From this database, MOBILREDFOX draws the winner(s) and the reserve winners randomly, by computer, without human intervention, at the time stated above, in Bratislava. The draw is public and is broadcast live on the official social media channels of Mobilfox. MOBILREDFOX takes minutes of the draw.

The Organiser draws 1 (one) winner and 2 (two) reserve winners. A reserve winner becomes entitled to the Prize in the order of drawing if the participation of the winner or of the preceding reserve winner is invalid, if he or she is excluded, does not confirm the Notification within the deadline or does not accept the Prize.

A Player may win no more than 1 (one) Prize during the Game. If the same Player is drawn again on the basis of another entry, that draw is invalid and a new draw is made.

Draw entries:

Each Mobilfox phone case (any variant of the Full-Shock or Pro-Shock case) (hereinafter: Case) purchased in an eligible order gives 1 (one) basic draw entry, so the chance of winning increases with every Case purchased. Neither the number of orders nor the number of Cases per order is limited.

Only orders that have been paid in full during the Game Period and that, by the time of the draw, have not been cancelled and from which the Player has not withdrawn are included in the draw list (eligible order). If the Player has returned some of the Cases of an order by the time of the draw, the entries of the returned Cases are not included.

In addition, the Organiser places one scratch card in the parcel of each order placed during the Game Period. Under its scratch-off surface there is a unique code of 8 (eight) digits (hereinafter: “Code”). One scratch card is given per order, regardless of the number of Cases in it.

To use the Code, the Player must download the Mobilfox App, register in it and upload the Code using the “Enter a code” button in the app. Each validly uploaded Code gives +1 (one) extra draw entry.

The extra entry is created only if the Organiser’s system can link the Code to an eligible order of the Player. For this, the Player must register in the Mobilfox App with the same e-mail address that he or she provided when placing the order; otherwise the Code cannot be linked to the order and no extra entry is created. Several Codes may be uploaded to one user account; each Code can be used only once.

Codes may be uploaded until the end of the Game Period (20:00:00 on 3 December 2026, local time). Codes uploaded later, and Codes belonging to an order that is not eligible, do not give an entry.

Example: an eligible order containing 3 (three) Cases, with its Code uploaded, gives 4 (four) draw entries.

If the parcel does not contain a scratch card, the Player may request a replacement from customer service at info@mobilfox.com.

Downloading the app, registering and uploading the Code are free of charge. Uploading the Code is optional and is not a condition of participation in the Game.

The Player’s consent for marketing purposes is voluntary and is given separately from the declarations necessary for participation in the Game.

Conditions of participation:

Anyone may participate in the Game who, in accordance with these Official Rules,

• orders and pays for at least one Mobilfox phone case (any variant of the Full-Shock or Pro-Shock case) (Product) in the Organiser’s official Slovak and Czech webshop between 18:00:00 on 5 November 2026 and 20:00:00 on 3 December 2026 (local time),

• has not cancelled the order and has not withdrawn from the purchase or returned the Product by the time of the draw,

and accepts all conditions of these Official Rules and consents to the processing of his or her data as set out in these Rules.

To obtain the extra draw entry, the Player must register in the Mobilfox App with the e-mail address provided when placing the order and upload the Code. Upon registration, the Player provides his or her phone number, e-mail address, full name, date of birth and mobile phone model.

The Player may exercise his or her statutory right of withdrawal without restriction. If the Player withdraws from a purchase, the draw entries of that order cease. If, after the draw, the Winner withdraws from the order on which the winning entry is based or returns the Case giving the winning entry, the Winner loses entitlement to the Prize and the next reserve winner takes his or her place.

Detailed description of the Prize and rules of the prize draw:

The Prize:

1 (one) used Land Rover Range Rover Velar passenger car, or, at the Winner’s choice, a cash prize of EUR 14,000 (fourteen thousand) gross as an alternative (hereinafter: “Prize”).

The vehicle is a car used by the Organiser during the campaign as a filming and campaign asset, bearing the Organiser’s branded stickers (wrap), and the Winner receives it with the stickers on. The exact data of the vehicle (make, model, year of manufacture, mileage, equipment, chassis number) are recorded in the handover protocol. The vehicle is handed over in its inspected condition at the time of handover, with a valid roadworthiness certificate; beyond the mandatory statutory provisions, the Organiser gives no warranty or guarantee for the vehicle.

The cash prize is an alternative option offered by the Organiser, which the Winner may choose instead of the vehicle. Its amount is fixed: it is not the price or the market value of the vehicle, it was not determined on the basis of the value of the vehicle, and it does not change if the value of the vehicle changes.

The Winner may choose either the vehicle or the cash prize; the two cannot be claimed or handed over together. The Winner must state the choice in writing when confirming the Notification. Apart from this alternative, the vehicle cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item.

At the Organiser’s choice, the cash prize is paid in euro or, for a Winner resident in the Czech Republic, in Czech koruna calculated at the official exchange rate of the Czech National Bank (ČNB) valid on the day of payment.

The Prize is non-transferable, is provided exclusively to the Winner and may not be put into commercial circulation.

Images of the vehicle in the campaign communications are illustrations. If the vehicle cannot be handed over for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control (e.g. technical failure, damage event, force majeure), the Organiser may replace it with a used passenger car of the same or higher value and of a similar category, and informs the Winner thereof in advance.

Notification of the winner:

During the live draw, MOBILREDFOX calls the winner on the phone number provided when ordering. Whether or not the winner answers the call, MOBILREDFOX also notifies the winner on the day of the draw by e-mail sent to the e-mail address provided when ordering (hereinafter together: “Notification”).

The winner must confirm acceptance of the Prize by replying to the e-mail within 24 (twenty-four) hours of its sending. If the winner does not confirm within this deadline, he or she loses entitlement to the Prize, and MOBILREDFOX notifies the next reserve winner in the same way, with the same 24-hour deadline.

To receive the Prize, the Winner provides his or her name, address and phone number, and in the case of the cash prize his or her bank account number, and proves with a photo identity document, shown via video call or in person, that he or she is at least 18 years old. The data of the identity document are not stored. If the Winner was under 18 years of age at the time of the order, he or she is not entitled to the Prize and the next reserve winner takes his or her place.

Handover of the Prize:

The vehicle is handed over in the territory of Slovakia, at a location designated by the Organiser and at a time agreed in advance with the Winner, within 1 (one) month after the draw, with a handover protocol being drawn up. Ownership passes to the Winner upon handover. The Organiser arranges the transfer of the vehicle’s registration to the Winner’s name; the Winner provides the data and authorisation necessary for this.

The cash prize is paid by bank transfer to the account provided by the Winner within 1 (one) month after the draw, provided that the Winner’s data and documents have been provided in full.

If the Winner does not accept the Prize at the time agreed in advance, he or she may no longer claim it from the Organiser.

The Organiser’s liability extends exclusively to providing the Prize; ensuring further conditions related to the use of the Prize is not its obligation. MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for any circumstances arising for the Winner or a third party after the handover of the Prize in connection with its use.

MOBILREDFOX excludes from the Game any Player to whom the Prize cannot be handed over because the personal data provided are untrue, incomplete or incorrect, or because the Player otherwise does not meet the conditions of these Official Rules.

By participating in the Game, the Player acknowledges that the Organiser may hand over the Prize at a public event. With the Winner’s consent, the Organiser may publish the Winner’s first name and the initial of his or her surname, place of residence (town), and photos, audio and video recordings of the handover on its website, social media channels and printed and electronic advertising materials.

General conditions:

The following may not participate in the Game: MOBILREDFOX, the business organisations and agencies involved in organising or conducting the Game, their owners, executive officers, employees and persons in another work-related legal relationship with them, and the close relatives of all such persons as defined in Section 8:1(1)(2) of Hungarian Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.

A Player may participate in the Game several times, i.e. may fulfil the conditions of participation several times. Participation in the Game is voluntary.

Only eligible orders placed in the Organiser’s official Slovak and Czech webshops and the validly uploaded Codes linked to them participate in the draw. The chance of winning depends on the total number of draw entries.

MOBILREDFOX accepts no liability if the winner cannot be reached on the phone number or e-mail address provided when ordering (e.g. due to the settings of the e-mail program); in that case the winner loses entitlement to the Prize under the rules on Notification.

MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for any malfunction of the application and the website for reasons beyond its control, for external attacks on the application, the website or the server, and for the availability and operation of telecommunication and IT devices or the activities of third parties; it takes all reasonable measures to identify and eliminate any errors as soon as possible. MOBILREDFOX does not guarantee how effectively the Player can use the various systems when participating in the Game.

Participation with a profile registered by a third party is not permitted; such a Player is automatically excluded from the Game. The Organiser bears no liability for technical problems resulting from changes in the data that are beyond its control (in particular the deletion or unavailability of the customer profile).

Questions and complaints relating to the Game can be sent to info@mobilfox.com. The Organiser handles complaints in accordance with the applicable consumer protection rules.

MOBILREDFOX reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate these Official Rules or the Game itself, even during the Game Period, and to exclude any Player from the Game with immediate effect if it detects or reasonably suspects abuse, breach of the conditions, untrue data, (computer) manipulation, mass-generated profiles or any conduct incompatible with the spirit of the Game. Participants engaging in unfair conduct must compensate the Organiser for any damage caused. Amendments and notices of suspension or termination are published at mobilfox.com/pages/black-friday-2026-rules.

This Game, these Official Rules and any disputes relating to the Game are governed by Hungarian law. This does not affect those mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the Player’s country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

Taxation and costs:

In connection with the Prize, the Organiser fulfils the tax and public charge obligations imposed on it by Hungarian law, taking into account the Winner’s tax residence and any applicable convention for the avoidance of double taxation.

The cash prize is stated as a gross amount and is paid without deduction. Any taxes, contributions and other public charges arising in connection with the cash prize in the Winner’s country of residence are borne by the Winner, who is obliged to declare and pay them. If the Organiser is required to withhold, declare or pay any such tax, it fulfils that obligation and the amount so withheld or paid is borne by the Winner. Upon receipt of the Prize, the Winner declares in writing that he or she will fulfil the tax obligations relating to the Prize.

In the case of the vehicle, any taxes, contributions and other public charges arising in connection with the Prize in the Winner’s country of residence are borne by the Winner, who is obliged to declare and pay them. The Organiser states the value of the vehicle in writing in the handover protocol. If the Organiser is required to declare or pay a tax payable by the Winner, the Winner pays the amount of that tax to the Organiser before the handover of the vehicle, within 14 (fourteen) days of the Organiser’s request; the vehicle cannot be handed over until the amount is received, and if the deadline is missed the Winner is deemed to have waived the Prize and the next reserve winner takes his or her place. Upon receipt of the Prize, the Winner declares in writing that he or she will fulfil the tax obligations relating to the Prize.

All other costs related to the Prize are borne by the Winner, in particular the costs of registering the vehicle in the Winner’s name, number plates, insurance, vehicle taxes and duties, transport and putting the vehicle into use; the official fees and costs of the transfer arranged by the Organiser are also borne by the Winner. The Winner bears all costs that these Rules do not expressly assign to the Organiser.

The Organiser may suspend the handover of the Prize or the payment of the cash prize until the Winner’s data and documents required under these Rules have been provided in full.
